About Us

We are provider of support services for young people aged between 16 – 25 years old. We aim to deliver high quality, person centre care and support. We provide support in structured environments where young people are free to explore life choices and prepare for transition to independent living.

We encourage the young people to make positive choices about their lives to enable Young People in our care to acquire and develop the skills necessary to live a full and independent life despite their circumstances and to be part of a local and wider community.

We believe that every young person should have an opportunity to feel happy and have a place to call home. We want them to be able to talk about their feelings and experiences knowing that we there to listen, support and help.

We work with various agencies and organisations in partnership approach to ensure the young people in our care receive the best support possible. We use innovative approaches in delivering support for best quality outcomes for our service services.

We are committed to safe and effective working. Our staff undergo rigorous training and continuous development to ensure they are equipped with the adequate skills and knowledge to support the young people we care for.

We adopt safer recruitment approaches to ensure that the young people in our care and safe and secure. All staff are DBS checked and we ensure their compliance with all legislative and legal requirements of the Health and Social Care Act.

We have a strict Quality Monitoring process in place to ensure our service provide quality and satisfaction. We continually listen to feedback to improve how we work and our services.
